Statements in a minute,
without a black box.

FYNEST turns a Tally trial balance into ICAI-format financial statements for proprietorship and partnership entities — balance sheet, profit and loss, and the notes behind them. The point is not speed alone. It is that you can see exactly what it did, and where it disagreed with your books.

WHAT WE PROMISEFour commitments

01Your data never lands anywhere

The workbook is built on your own computer, by the connector already running there. The trial balance is never sent to us: not the ledger names, not the balances, not the company. Nothing is written to disk, and your group mappings live in your own browser. What does reach us is your sign-in and anything you type into the contact form.

02Every figure is traceable

The workbook keeps its formulas. Any number on the balance sheet, the profit and loss or the notes can be followed back to the ledger row it came from, on the TB sheet, without taking our word for it.

03It argues; you sign

FYNEST tells you what it found before it hands you anything — how many ledgers it read, whether the trial balance foots, and every Tally group that reaches no statement line. Where something does not tie it is stated in a sentence you can act on, never silently plugged.

04The tool is not the professional

FYNEST classifies and arranges what your trial balance contains. It cannot know your client’s business, and it does not pretend to. Verification and compliance remain yours.

WHOBehind FYNEST

FYNEST is built by ROSHI.IN, with professional input from CA Himanshu Aggarwal. The accounting decisions — which Tally group belongs on which statement line, what is worth stopping the reader for, when a difference matters — come from practice, not from a specification.

Support for more entity types is in progress. If a format you file every year is missing, tell us — that is how the list gets shorter.

FYNEST has no affiliation with, or endorsement from, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
